Born in 1968, admitted to the bar in 1998 and entitled to use the title “Specialist Lawyer for Labor Law” since 2001<\/em><\/p>\n

Klaus Ga\u00dfmann has been authorized to use the title “Specialist Lawyer for Labor Law” <\/span>since 2001. Before founding his own law firm in 2003, he worked as a lawyer in a law firm specializing in labor and commercial law from 1998 to 2003.<\/p>\n

During his studies at the Johannes-Gutenberg University in Mainz and his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Darmstadt, he specialized in labor law and commercial law issues. Parallel to his studies, he also gained relevant professional experience as an assistant to the HR department in a medium-sized company, which was ultimately managed by an American company.<\/p>\n

Through internships at a law firm in Buffalo, New York and regular stays in South America, he acquired foreign language and intercultural skills. In addition to his work as a lawyer, Mr. Ga\u00dfmann holds seminars and lectures on labor law topics and conducts training courses in companies.<\/p>\n
